  • M8(s) is available in pattern figure eight but also switchable in cardioid/figure eight
  • same possiblity for M7(s) – as switchable type cardioid/omni**

    (similar circumstances like on U48*/U47**, where cardioid is more sensitive (about 6dB) than figure eight*/omni**)

  • visual optical characteristic remains unchanged (inward construction will be adapted)
  • available as red or blue line

All the three directional characteristics are convertible via preamp CMV 563 by our reconstruct capsules M7/M8. Note: [Microphones U47 and U48 are identical with the exception of their directional characteristics (U47: omni and cardioid; U48 figure eight and cardioid), they are adjustable by switch on microphone head.]
